Yes. Before any service, vehicle registration and a valid ID matching the registration are required — to confirm the vehicle is yours and keep everything legitimate.

We operate from 8 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week. Call us during these hours and we'll be happy to help.

Typically, once I'm with your vehicle, a new car key can be cut and programmed on-site in about 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the complexity of your vehicle's system.

Even if you've lost all your keys, we can generate a new key from scratch at your location. This process may take a bit longer but is fully achievable.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac e-Transfer, and cash. You can pay right after the service is done — whatever works best for you.

No. We come to you at no charge and you pay only for the result — once your key works or you're back in your car. If we can't make your key or unlock your car, you pay nothing.

Yes — every car key and fob we cut or program comes with a 1-year warranty. If it fails on its own from a defect within the first year, we repair or replace it free. The warranty covers faults in our own work, not physical or water damage, a lost key, or a dead fob battery.

Yes — as long as someone can meet us with the vehicle and show its registration and a matching photo ID, it doesn't have to be you. We check ownership before any key work, so please make sure whoever meets us can prove the car is theirs to have a key made.
