A tow truck moves the car; it doesn’t get your keys out. I open the car where it’s parked, and you pay only if it opens: No Fix = No Pay. I work 8 AM–9 PM, 7 days; message or text me any time, and overnight messages get an answer from 8 AM.

Before any work, I always check your vehicle registration and a matching photo ID. It's a standard part of how I work — to confirm the vehicle is yours and keep everything above board.
