Mobile auto locksmith in Lorette
In Lorette the car could be in a side-street driveway, at the Community Complex or outside Notre-Dame de Lorette on Dawson Road. A lost key, a dead fob or a lockout is dealt with where it is parked, and the drive is counted into one price you hear first.
Lorette is about 18 km south-east of the Winnipeg city limit by road, in the Rural Municipality of Taché. The road through it is Provincial Road 207 — Dawson Road — which you take south off the Trans-Canada at Deacons Corner. PR 206 comes in from the east, and PR 405 follows the south bank of the Seine along Lorette’s southern edge, west to Île-des-Chênes and Highway 59.
Dawson Road is older than the highway numbers — it is part of the historic Dawson Trail from Port Arthur to St. Boniface. Lorette is the seat of the RM, with the municipal office and the board offices of the Seine River School Division here, and its schools are École Lagimodière, École Lorette Immersion and Dawson Trail School for the younger grades, and Collège Lorette Collegiate for high school.
Notre-Dame de Lorette, the Roman Catholic church, stands on Dawson Road. The Lorette Community Complex at 1420 Dawson Road has indoor and outdoor rinks, a three-sheet curling rink, a toboggan slide, soccer pitches and ball diamonds, with the splash park at 1424, and the nine-hole Lorette Golf Course sits on the banks of the Seine at 150 Fairway Drive.
Danylchuk Park has walking paths around man-made lakes off Settler’s Trail and Pioneer’s Trail. Winter here means the rinks, the curling and the toboggan slide; summer, the splash park and the golf course.
I cover Lorette, south-east of Winnipeg. The travel fee is $2 per km from the Winnipeg city limit to Lorette, inside the exact, all-in number you get before I set out — never a surprise when I pull up.
What I do on-site
- On-site anywhere in Lorette — a driveway on a side street off Dawson Road, the Community Complex lot at 1420 Dawson Road, or the golf course on Fairway Drive. No towing into Winnipeg.
- Spare keys, lost keys, lockouts, fobs and chip keys — cut and programmed where the car sits, whether that is by the church or out on PR 405. Most makes and models, older cars included.
- Up-front price, no call-out fee — car lockout from $150, spare, chip key or fob from $160, smart / push-to-start from $170, all keys lost from $200, taxes included. Lorette is outside Winnipeg, so a travel fee for the distance is built into that number and you hear the total before I leave. You pay only once the key works or the car is open.
- Half price on a second key — same car, cut at the same visit, with a 1-year warranty on the work. Worth doing while the car is parked at home, rather than the evening the only key disappears at the rink or on the walking paths at Danylchuk Park.
- Open 8 AM to 9 PM, 7 days — holidays included, so a Saturday round at the golf course or a weeknight curling game both fit. Call, text or WhatsApp +1 (204) 406-1801.

“I lost one of my car keys and only had one left, so I was really stressed. Andrew handled everything perfectly - he cut and programmed a new key for my Honda Civic in just about 10-15 minutes.”

Before any work, I always check your vehicle registration and a matching photo ID. It is a standard part of how I operate — to confirm the vehicle is yours and keep everything above board.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you come to Lorette?
- Yes, I do. Being mobile means the key is made or the door opened where the car already is — a side-street driveway, the Community Complex lot, near Danylchuk Park or on Dawson Road by the church — so there is no tow to Winnipeg. Lorette lies out Dawson Road, outside the city, which adds a travel fee; it is part of the exact, all-in amount you get before I set off. Tell me the year, make and model, and we pick the day together.
- When can you reach Lorette?
- I take jobs in Lorette from 8 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week, holidays included. When I can come depends on the drive out Dawson Road and on what is already booked, so call or message +1 (204) 406-1801 and I will tell you straight. The distance is already priced into the one all-in figure you hear before I leave.
- Do you cover the Community Complex and the golf course?
- Yes. The Lorette Community Complex at 1420 Dawson Road, with its hockey and curling rinks, ball diamonds and toboggan slide, the splash park at 1424 Dawson Road, and the Lorette Golf Course on the Seine at 150 Fairway Drive are all on-site work for me. If it is a busy rink night or golf day, tell me which lot the car is in and roughly where, and send a photo of the key on WhatsApp if you can.
- What can you do on-site in Lorette?
- Anything that gets you driving again without a tow: a new key when all of them are lost, a spare while you still have one, a lockout opened, a fob or chip key programmed — all at the car, on Dawson Road, on a side street in town or in the Complex lot. Most makes and models, older cars included.
- How much does it cost in Lorette?
- A lockout at a Lorette address is from $150; spares, chip keys and fobs are from $160, smart / push-to-start keys from $170, and a job where every key is lost from $200, taxes included. The travel fee is $2 per km from the Winnipeg city limit to Lorette; it is part of the all-in price I give you before I set out, and you pay only once the key works or the car is open. Some makes cost more, and the pricing page has everything else.
